Recommend approving a final budget for 2017-2018 of $37,231,322, with a proposed real estate tax of 62.57 mills, a five [$5] dollar per capita tax, a residence tax of five [$5], a ten [$10] dollar flat rate occupation tax, a one [1%] percent real estate transfer tax, a one [1%] percent earned income tax, and a five [5%] percent amusement tax. The said taxes are effective July 1, 2017. 4. Recommend approving the Final Budget for General Fund Approval Resolution; the 2017 Annual Tax Levy Resolution; and the 2017 Homestead and Farmstead Exclusion Resolution. EXHIBIT FINANCE C-4 2

Recommend approving establishing the position of librarian/media specialist/athletic director, along with two part-time library aide positions, for the 2017-2018 school year, and further approve the employment of Joseph R. Skura as librarian/media specialist/athletic director, on Bachelor s Degree, Step 10 of the salary schedule, with a $4,000 annual athletic director stipend, effective August 24, 2017. 2. Recommend approving a 2.5% annual salary increase for the following non-instructional support staff members not covered by the provisions of Act 93 or a collective bargaining agreement, effective July 1, 2017: Donna M. Beitz, Polly S. Digon (plus a $1,200 stipend as board secretary), Kathy J. Gilson, Susan M. Hackenberger, Lourie A. Kilmer and Jonathan M. Stouffer. 3. Recommend approving the employment of Ronda E. Ehrenzeller as a substitute secretary at Tuscarora Valley Elementary School, effective approximately August 28, 2017 through December 21, 2017. 4. Recommend approving the employment of Jessica Payne as a long-term substitute Level 2 paraprofessional at Fayette Elementary School for the 2017-2018 school year at an hourly rate of $12.56. 5. Recommend approving the following transfers, effective with the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year: Ashley L. Hack from a Lack-Tuscarora Elementary School kindergarten teaching position to a Mountain View Elementary School kindergarten teaching position; Jenna R. Walters from a Lack-Tuscarora Elementary School third grade teaching position to a Lack-Tuscarora Elementary School kindergarten teaching position; 3

Michael S. Goss from a Monroe Elementary School sixth grade teaching position to a Lack-Tuscarora Elementary School third grade teaching position. 6. Recommend approving the establishment of a school psychologist position, effective with the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year. H. ATHLETICS AND ACTIVITIES 1.
