The majority of our academic staff have been business practitioners and many still provide consultancy services in the wider corporate arena. Student support One of our key priorities is ensuring you have access to the support you need to complete your degree successfully. As a Global Online student, you will be assigned a dedicated advisor from our Student Success Team, who will provide you with advice and guidance from registration to graduation. *Additional fees apply. Face-to-face experiences As a Global Online student, you will have the opportunity to visit our Manchester campus during our annual five day Executive Conference *. Phase 1: Leading, Managing and Developing People Operations Management Strategic Marketing Accounting and Financial Management Global Economic Environment Strategic Management Phase 2: Leading Change and Creativity in the Organisation One elective unit, which could include: Performance; Reward Management; Governance, Risk and Control; Financial Technologies; Performance Management and Control; Developing Skills for Business Leadership; International Human Resource Management; Global Resourcing and Talent Management or Employee Engagement (all 15 credits) Please note, these units may be subject to change. Phase 3: Dissertation (60 credits) The final third of your credits is earned with a dissertation.
