INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WELCOME TO THE FI360 LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. This document will assist with navigating the fi360 Learning Management System. Bookmark our main page, www.fi360.com to easily log into the training in the event there is a need to leave the course. In the top right hand corner of the fi360 home page, click the MEMBER LOGIN button. A new window will appear. Be sure the pop-up blocker is turned off. In a new window, under fi360 Member login, select the login option under the Training heading. Login credentials previously received in an enrollment email will be requested at this time. Click login to complete the login process. training@fi360.com 2014 fi360. All Rights Reserved. 4

Upon logging in, the dashboard view is available. In the dashboard view, students are able to: resume the current course; view current available courses; check messages related to training; locate additional resources from current or completed courses; access the fi360 website; and search for courses. Once ready to begin the course, click the blue My Courses button. To access the course, click on the Open button of the appropriate class. A new window will open, be sure to have the pop-up blocker turned off. Note the expiration date. This tells students how many days before a course becomes inactive. This appears on the Course Outline page throughout the course. Students will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions. Read and click I Agree to continue with the course. training@fi360.com 2014 fi360. All Rights Reserved. 5

This is the course outline. Students will need to complete the chapter with the blue arrow before the other chapters of the course will be available. Each section will be marked with a green checkmark upon completion and the blue arrow will move to the next available chapter. Click the Launch button to begin the course. The course will now begin in a new window. Make sure that the pop-up blocker is turned off and speakers are turned on. The narration will begin as soon as the course section loads and the slide appears. The narration can be paused by using the player buttons at the bottom of the screen, which also can be used to navigate back to the previous slide. Allow the narration to play the entire way through prior to clicking the Next button. Otherwise, the LMS may not register the chapter as complete. Upon completion of each activity, students will be asked if they would like Close Activity or move on to the Next Activity. Closing the activity will take students back to the course outline, while selecting the Next Activity will allow them to progress. training@fi360.com 2014 fi360. All Rights Reserved. 6

Students can access the dashboard or other features at any time by clicking on the dropdown in the top right corner of the page. Each course section concludes with a quiz, except for the wrap up. Make selections by clicking directly on the chosen answer, then clicking the Submit button. Feedback is provided immediately, accompanied by an explanation. When ready, click the Next button to proceed to the next question in the quiz. Each quiz requires a 70% score or better to proceed on to the next section of the course. The quizzes are designed as a learning tool and can be taken multiple times, as needed. Course access expires 90 days from date of purchase! You are now ready to begin the online training. training@fi360.com 2014 fi360. All Rights Reserved. 7
