Minutes Approve the minutes of the Board of Education s regular meeting held September 19, 2012, as presented.

2. Financial Statements Approve the financial statement for the month of September, 2012, as presented. 3. Five-Year Forecast Approve the five-year forecast for Copley-Fairlawn City Schools, as presented. 4. Donation Accept the following donations: a. $200 from Mrs. Matilda Hofacker in memory of Garred Kimmell and Brianna Long to be used for the purchase of books for the Herberich Primary School Library. b. $300 from Dr. Deren Huang and family to be used in support of classroom literacy activities and instruction at Fort Island Primary School. 5. Change Order Approve the following change order: Capitol Aluminum and Glass for the window/door replacement at Copley HS - $49,402 E. Superintendent s Report The following book will be recommended for addition to the Class I Literature List at the November, 2012 meeting.
