Sectoral cooperation - Sector Skills Alliances (1) More cooperation needed within sectors to ensure skills development and reducing skills mismatch Developing Sector Skills Alliances: Specific pilot call for proposals for developing Sector Skills Alliances was organised in 2012 Aim was to test a new type of transnational partnership proposed for new Erasmus+ programme

Sector Skills Alliances - activities Identification of skills needs in the sector Previous/new research, survey etc. Joint curriculum design Translating skills/occupational profile into curricula, implementing European tools (f. ex. ECVET), learning outcomes approach, accreditation Joint curriculum delivery Innovative ways of teaching and learning (incl. work based learning), development of new learning opportunities Dissemination (> systemic impact)
