California State University, Fullerton Application Procedure To apply to the please submit all of the following in one large envelope: 1. Application A complete application including the original and three (3) photocopies of the application, the minimum 400-word essay and the evaluation form & letter of recommendation. 2. Transcripts Submit an official copy of your transcript. The Committee is unable to use transcripts sent to the Office of Admission & Records. We must receive a transcript at the address indicated below for your application to be considered complete. First Time Freshmen: An official high school transcript that includes grades for the freshman, sophomore, and junior years, and the first semester of the senior year. Transfer Students who expect to transfer more than 60 units: Submit official transcripts from all colleges attended. 3. Test Scores First Time Freshmen: SAT or ACT scores. If these scores are not included on your official high school transcript, include the original (if available) and three copies of the test score report. 4. Evaluation Form & Letter of Recommendation An Evaluation Form and Letter of Recommendation must be completed by an adult who can provide anecdotes or examples to give the committee a more thorough description of the applicant. The completed form and letter of recommendation should be placed in a sealed envelope with the author s signature along the seal and clear tape placed over the signature. Envelopes not secured in this fashion will not be accepted. Please ask the evaluator to include the original and 3 copies. 5. California State University, Fullerton General Information The at California State University, Fullerton, is designed to help finance the first year of studies at CSUF. The Program awards up to fifty $1,500 scholarships to first-time freshman/first-time transfer students and is designed to facilitate the transition to college for meritorious students who are disadvantaged due to their economic, environmental, or educational background. The honors students who demonstrate strong academic skills and achievements, service to school and home communities, and strength of character. Scholarship recipients must meet each of the following requirements: Graduate from a California high school or California Community College Transfer student and Meet the following family income guidelines*: Family Size *Guidelines are based on the formulas used to determine the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) for federal student financial aid.
