Officers contacted 37 y/o Roy Hawkinson (Orland) who stated his ex-girlfriend 35 y/o Stacey Story (Orland) stole his vehicle. At this time, it was determined by O to be a civil matter. Officers contacted the reporting party 52 y/o Naen Phachahn of Orland. Phachahn stated his step-son 35 y/o Phien Khamsavang was upset and broke his own vehicles window. Prior to officer s arrival, Khamsavang had left the scene. Officers were unable to locate the subject/vehicle. The registered owner was issued a parking citation. Yolo Street. Montez's Honda collided with Grajeda-Gonzalez's Toyota. Grajeda-Gonzalez and his passenger 39 y/o Woodland resident Gabriela Andrade were transported via ambulance to Enloe Medical Center with complaints of pain. Montez's passenger 36 y/o Orland resident Jessica Montez was also transported via ambulance to Enloe Medical Center with a complaint of pain. Maria Montez was arrested for felony DUI with a BAC of.08% or higher. Maria Montez was booked into the Glenn County Jail on the above-mentioned charge. Per GCSO Dispatch the reporting party advised that 30 y/o Ricardo Carrasco is on parole and is possibly using heroin. Officers contacted Carrasco who admitted to using heroin. Carrasco was arrested on a parole hold and was transported and booked into the Glenn County Jail. Summary : O responded to the report of a suspicious person. Officers contacted 39 y/o Trinity County transient Kimberly Wyckoff. After a brief on-scene investigation Wyckoff was arrested for a Felony no bail warrant out of Trinity County and for possession of drug paraphernalia. Wyckoff was transported to the Glenn County Jail where she was booked on the above-mentioned charges.
