4.30 CURRICULUM 4.31 EDUCATIONAL SERVICE CENTER OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY INTERDISTRICT SERVICE AREA CONTRACT FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL YEAR Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the South Euclid Lyndhurst Board of Education approves the Inter-district Service Area Contract with the Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County for one Gifted Education Coordinator for the 2014-2015 school year at an estimated cost of $326.85 per day, not to exceed 80 days. 4.32 EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITY SUPPORT FUND Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the South Euclid Lyndhurst Board of Education approves the donation of $180.00 per student (16 students) for a total of $2,880.00 allocated by the Extra-Curricular Activity Support Committee towards the cost of the December 28, 2014, Brush High School Arcettes Dance Team trip to Miami, Florida, to participate in the Orange Bowl Half Time show. 4.30 Motion made by: Seconded by: 4.40 PUPIL SERVICES No Pupil Services Items 4.50 SPECIAL EDUCATION 4.51 EDUCATIONAL SERVICE CENTER OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY AGREEMENT FOR ADMISSION OF TUITION PUPILS RECEIVING VISION SERVICES FOR THE 2014-15 SCHOOL YEAR Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the South Euclid Lyndhurst Board of Education approves the agreement with the Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County to provide vision services to students with visual impairments at the following rates: visually impaired services at $91.50 per hour, orientation and mobility services at $68.16 per hour, functional low vision assessments at $68.16 per hour, Braille services at $27.22 per hour, and rehabilitation services at $44.67 per hour. This contract is for the 2014-15 school year. 8

4.52 CUYAHOGA COUNTY BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AGREEMENT FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL YEAR Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the South Euclid Lyndhurst Board of Education approves the agreement with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities effective January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
