ABOUT KEMI Kemi does not look like your average speaker, and she is not your average speaker. She speaks with a unique voice, which balances candour and compassion. She is dynamic and engaging, a master communicator. Kemi has motivated many groups and organisations around the world, speaking in Europe, Africa, USA, Asia and Australia. Kemi has the ability to communicate her message to people in a way that is attuned to the cultural context of her audience. Driven by clarity and connection, Kemi s desire for every attendee is that they leave her presentations with confidence, clarity and tools for action. To only inspire an audience feels like a disservice, so the intersection between action and sustainable growth is where I do my best work. As an executive and personal coach, building trust is natural to Kemi; her intuitive way of reading an audience is one of her innate skills, and it allows her to engage with her audiences in a way that opens up the potential of the room and deepens the conversation. Her unique gift is to empower meaningful action and shift an audience to fulfill their potential. A professional actor for many years, including working with the Royal Shakespeare Company and The National Theatre, Kemi is not only a great storyteller, she knows how to capture and hold the attention of 2 Kemi s dynamic presentation had everybody truly engaged and hanging on every word. The content was authentic and meaningful and really connected with our team of sales and education staff. Kemi s style of delivery coupled with her fabulous sense of humour really ensures the message is remembered long after the presentation. Many of the team members commented to me that they felt Kemi was speaking directly to them, the queue for her book-signing was proof itself! I would highly recommend Kemi to any team looking for inspiration, motivation and powerful guidance. - Dermalogica 3

WELL-BEING SUSTAINABLE FOUNDATION FULFILMENT If you have no values, you have no compass 1. The 7 Principles of Well-being BODY JOY The 7 Principles of Well-being keynote is based on Kemi s book, The 7 Principles of Raw Beauty. Kemi invites the audience to look beyond what is generally considered to be success. Are we successful if we have no sense of purpose? Are we living if we are disconnected from ourselves and those around us? Define the 7 Principles of Well-being and how they influence the way we work and live Explain how each principle works, in a way that makes them easy and useful to apply Illustrate why and how these principles grow with us into all stages of life SELF CARE ELEVATING RELATIONSHIPS + COMMUNITIES CREATIVE EXPRESSION LIVING 2. Your values, your compass, your people Many individuals and organisations are unaware that they set goals to meet someone else s criteria. The competition. The neighbours. No wonder many struggle to meet their goals, and miss out on enjoying the process along the way. Within a team, it is vital that the values of each individual align with the values of the organisation they are working for. This leads to better engagement, a happier team, better outcomes and a loyal workforce. Guide each team member to recognise and implement their values at work Establish how to create an environment of trust and communication Share methods that enrich goal creation, and therefore enrich results 3. The power of choice In this powerful keynote, Kemi s story proves that where we come from does not dictate where we end up. Raised in foster care in 1970 s England, Kemi went on to work as an actor with the Royal Shakespeare Company and National Theatre, as a chef in a top London restaurant, and finally as an entrepreneur creating businesses that allow her to bring her life experiences to the service of others. Kemi shares the choices that she made along the way that influence who she is and the work she does, and argues that no matter where we started, or where we are, we always have choice and we can always move forwards. Our choices impact our actions, and our actions impact our lives PURPOSE Share the best way to build resilience in every challenging circumstance Expose why it is important to have the concept of choice in your toolkit 6 7 Explore how negative experiences in childhood can positively

WOMEN WORTH PERSONAL POWER VOICE 2. Surviving or thriving? No woman dreamed that she would wake up most days wishing she were somewhere else or someone else. Many did not believe that they would feel lost in their own lives: a feeling that life is happening to them. And they definitely did not think they would feel this tired. How do women put themselves on their own to-do lists? Put women back in change of their own lives ASKING MODEL THRIVE OVERWHELMED RESENTFUL MARTYR EMPOWERED ASKER FULFILLED CONDITIONAL DICTATOR DISCONNECTED Women do not have to settle. We are allowed to ask for more; to ask for different; to ask for better. 1. The Gift of Asking 3. Women and worth The gift of asking keynote is based on Kemi s latest book, The Gift of Asking A woman s guide to creating personal power. In an environment where many companies are pushing for diversity at all levels, potential Building a coaching practice of female clients over the last seven female candidates who do not feel worthy enough to step up are a wasted resource. years has bought to light for Kemi the struggle that many women This is a candid keynote based on women s struggle to see their own worth, either in face when it comes to asking. Marked as the givers in society, where the work or home environment. This affects the jobs they apply for, the wages they ask do women have the space to be the askers? Our families, workplaces for, and how they value themselves in the marketplace, which in turn affects society as and communities suffer when women do not know how to ask or a whole. how to receive. Uncover the internal obstacles that hold women back and provide on-the-spot Break down the cultural myths about asking solutions to navigate those obstacles Reveal how asking is a practice that will elevate self-worth and Explore how women unconsciously sabotage each other and how to use this opportunities as a benefit Explore how women can ask for what they need and want, Empower the women in the room to step up and bring other women with them without guilt or apology 8 9 Consider what to do when the answer is no

FEMALE LEADERSHIP CONTRIBUTION CONNECTION CONVICTION 1. Nourishing a thriving culture How do leaders create a thriving culture, if they are not thriving themselves? Vibrancy and passion cannot be faked or sustained, when leaders are constantly giving to the team and not to themselves. How do we keep our female leaders thriving? Demonstrate why understanding the team is the key to understanding the self Prove that actions have more power than words Explain why the hardest aspect of leadership is the most powerful aspect of leadership 2. The emerging leader Emerging leaders of the future are required to empower, not power over. Many come in having created conscious and unconscious ideas of what a leader is, and do not feel that they meet those images. This undermines their confidence and how they lead. Imposter complex is a well-documented phenomenon when it comes to female leadership. Recognising it, and then managing it, is one of the most important tools in the emerging leader s toolbox. Explain what drives the imposter complex and the many ways in which it undermines female leaders from the emerging to the very top Share tools to manage and lessen the imposter complex and to use it to lead with an advantage Explore how leaders can recognise the imposter complex in other women and empower them to rise through it The title of leader does not mean one has made it, it means that one has just begun 3. The 5 barriers to authenticity Leaders can only get work done through their teams, and teams will loyally follow an authentic leader. For teams to communicate well, to be loyal, and to deliver promised outcomes, their leaders need to lead with those same qualities. The title of leader does not mean one has made it, it means that one has just begun. How do women lead with authentic power? Learn the 5 barriers to authenticity and how they affect leadership Consider why female leaders suffer when they adopt the male model Explore how to be an effective leader in the workplace and at home, and why the two are connected Learn how to pinpoint and implement actions that result in an 10 11 immediate shift in how you lead

WORKSHOPS AND MASTERCLASSES Where the rubber hits the road Each keynote presentation can be presented as an exclusive masterclass or a longer workshop. Kemi is well known for providing effective and memorable facilitation to bring her keynotes to life, working with her clients to deliver presentations and programs tailored for them, and their organisations. Add one or more of these workshops to your conference or event to provide a memorable and effective experience, leading to tangible positive shifts and changes in the attendees and in your organisation. WELL-BEING WOMEN LEADERSHIP 1. THE 7 PRINCIPLES OF WELL-BEING 2. YOUR VALUES, YOUR COMPASS, YOUR PEOPLE 3. THE POWER OF CHOICE 1. THE GIFT OF ASKING 2. SURVIVING OR THRIVING? 3. WOMEN AND WORTH 1. NOURISH A THRIVING CULTURE 2. THE EMERGING LEADER 3. THE 5 BARRIERS TO AUTHENTICITY 1 to 1 coaching programs To enquire about ongoing group or 1 to 1 coaching programs, From the minute Kemi commenced the workshop the audience was completely captivated with her humility, humorous storytelling and above all her intuitive ability to connect with everyone in the room. The day was a huge success with our guests leaving with a strong sense of confidence and gratitude - this was strongly expressed in the heart felt testimonials we received after the event It was a great day full of inspiration, emotion and nourishment and encouragement to get out of the comfort zone and embrace new things. What an amazing woman Kemi is, absolutely life changing! Kemi was inspiring, motivational, insightful and spirited and I personally got so much from listening and participating. 12 please contact kemi@keminekvapil.com 13

Kemi spoke at Randstad s Directions event and has created an inspiring movement amongst our members. We engaged Kemi to speak at two educational seminars held for our high end clients. Her warm and welcoming approach allowed our audience to open up and face the challenges in life and aspire to make changes and embrace the freedom of choice for personal improvement. The audience was overwhelmed with her charisma and impressed with her engagement involving every audience member in the journey. Kemi was a breath of fresh air and an amazing presenter who would love to welcome back again in the future. - RANSTAD We were so honoured to have Kemi as a key-note speaker on the first Big hearted business weekend. Her generosity, integrity and absolute skill with the audience was obvious from the (literally) hundreds of comments we received from attendees about how much inspiration they had gleaned from Kemi s presentation. She was not only warm and hilarious, she was also a life-changer for many of the women there (myself included). - Clare Bowditch Her presentations truly hit the mark according to our brief, and although our audience was slightly different on each occasion, (first seminar junior staff, second seminar business principals), Kemi was careful to adjust her content, ensuring both presentations held relevance and appeal for both audiences. With overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients, we couldn t be happier with how Kemi s presentations were received. She lit up the room, kept what can be a tough crowd completely captivated, and was an absolute delight to work with! Sophie Mettrick Marketing & Communications Manager Whitbread Insurance Kemi s dynamic presentation had everybody truly engaged and hanging on every word. The content was authentic and meaningful and really connected with our team of sales and education staff. Kemi s style of delivery couple with her fabulous sense of humour really ensures the message is remembered long after the presentation.
