This adjustment may result in some small inconsistencies with reports dating from 217 and before. IND Business Information Centre (BIC) Asylum Trends 218 * To conceal the lowest figures, all values between and 4 are replaced by asterisk. ** In 217 the IND has adjusted its systems to remove a small discrepancy that caused some cases to not be included in figures of (earlier versions of) this report. This adjustment may result in some small inconsistencies with reports dating from 217 and before. Considering the limited size of the discrepancy and to ensure consistency between reports, figures published before 1st, 217, will not be updated. Notwithstanding these figures, the total influx of first asylum applications in 216 was 18,246. Selection criterion for this table: all nationalities with at least 1 application in the current year. 11
