Click on the link that announces the faculty appointment for College of Medical Technology. 3. On the Online form submission tab, click on Register and Pay Online. The State Bank of India, State Bank Collect, page will open. Accept Terms and Conditions, and click on Proceed. 4. Select Category as application fee, select the correct Advertisement Number, fill details of payment and submit. At this stage, you will be required to provide your name, date of birth, 10 -digit mobile phone number, email ID, father s and mother s names. 5. While filling your online registration slip / application form, it is your responsibility to remember your email-id and bank transaction number beginning with DU and date of birth.
