Explanatory Notes Definitions for all the LBB Performance Measures are available at the LBB website (http://www.lbb.state.tx.us). Calculation for Outcome 04: Percentage of Students Who Pass TASP To be included in the denominator the student had to be reported on the CBM002 in developmental education [Items #9, #12,or #15 with a value of 1, 2, or 3 (course-based, non-course-based, or combined)] and the number of semesters' Item (#10, #13, or #16) must not have been reported as zero for the section of TASP where the student was reported as being in developmental education during the fiscal year being evaluated. If the student meet these criteria and the student had TASP scores from the CB NES file in the same year that indicated that the student had passed the third and final section of TASP, the student was included in the numerator. A student with a B or better score was also considered as passing a section of TASP. The B or better notation was taken from the CBM002.
