2nd priority axe - services 1.Education Basic aims: to induct Roma children in the educational curriculum, to increase school attendance in primary and secondary education to decrease school drop-out to manage diversity in the classroom to help Roma acquire: the basic qualification of language, certificate of municipal and High school, basic and new basic qualifications, to inform Roma for their rights, as equivalent citizens of the country to educate Roma in the new technologies, to assist in the educational / school process to give parents a second chance to encourage children to go to school

2nd priority axe - services 2. Health care Social welfare The project provides for : basic health care services (p.e.preventive medicine), primary health and social care, vaccination, support services vocational counseling, familiarization with the national health system and the public services.

2nd priority axe - services 3.Employment Vocational Training Ministry of Employment and Social Protection Sectoral Operational Program Employment and Vocational Training include actions concern: acquisition of the Greek language (pre-training), training provision of supportive services subsidization of new employers Within the context of the European Social Fund (ESF), supports and monitors Operational programs with actions referring to Roma such as: guide tools database study research Actions and projects designed within the framework of Initiative EQUAL Designed Integrated actions for people with cultural differences (i.e. Roma) for the programming period 2007 2013

Culture The main aim is: the promotion of social inclusion and participation of Greek Roma contemporary cultural life along with the study and dissemination of the Roma culture

2nd priority axe - services Sports (within culture) Project of Mass sports activities. Aim: the participation of all Roma children and Roma to sports activities on equal terms with other citizens.
