Heart, Mind & Soul Program Information: August 2018 Thank you for your interest in Heart, Mind & Soul. Following is some important information regarding the program. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact a member of our staff (contact information follows). What: Heart, Mind & Soul (HMS) is a workshop focusing on personal development for Jewish adults: self-esteem, motivation, communications skills, and leadership. The August 2018 program is open to adults ages 18 or older. It is run by Heart, Mind & Soul, Inc., an organization created by educators and Jewish youth professionals for the purpose of improving Jewish families by assisting individuals to experience their own magnificence and worth and motivating them to effect positive change in themselves, their families, and their communities. Where: The workshop will be held in West Hartford, CT. All meals and events will be at YIWH in West Hartford, CT., with sleeping at local homes. When: The workshop begins at 4:30pm on Friday, August 24, 2018 and ends at 8:00pm on Sunday, August 26. The program continues throughout the weekend and includes prayer, meals, workshop sessions, and free time. Who: This HMS event is open to applications from Jewishly-affiliated men and women aged 18 or older. Teens are eligible to apply to our young adult/teen programs. Cost: The fee for this event is $525 for first-time participants. This includes the workshop program, food, snacks, and program materials. Returning participants are eligible to receive a reduced rate of $150 in exchange for serving as an assistant and helping with the running of the program. There is a reduced fee of $895 for a couple, and discounts may be available for full-time students; please speak to Sandy Trencher for details. HMS is a 501(c)3 organization and additional donations toward the running of our programs are much appreciated.

It neither matters if the experiences you recall are positive or negative nor does it matter how far back you can remember as long as they are your earliest memories.
