In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of the section 11 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956), the Central Government, after consulting the Medical Council of India, hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to the said Act, namely:- In the said Schedule :- I) against "C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur", under the heading 'Recognized Medical Qualification' [hereinafter referred to as column (2)], after the last entry and entry relating thereto under the heading 'Abbreviation for Registration' [hereinafter referred to as column (3)], the following shall be inserted, namely:- (2) (3) "Doctor of Medicine (Tuberculosis & Respiratory Medicine)" MD (TB & Respiratory Medicine) qualification when granted by C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur. in respect of students being trained at U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah on or after 2017). "Master of Surgery (Otorhinolaryngology)" MS (ENT) qualification when granted by C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur. in respect of students being trained at U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah on or 'after 2017). "Doctor of Medicine (Pharmacology)" "Doctor of Medicine (Microbiology)" MD (Pharmacology) qualification when granted by C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur. in respect of students being trained at U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah on or after 2017). MD(Microbiology) qualification when granted by C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur. in respect of students being trained at U.P. XIV) against "Chettinad Academy of Research & Education (Deemed University", under the heading 'Recognized Medical Qualification [hereinafter referred to as column (2) ], after the last entry and entry relating thereto under the heading 'Abbreviation for Registration' [hereinafter referred to as column (3)], the following shall be inserted, namely:- (2) (3) "Doctor of Medicine (Pediatrics)" "Doctor of Medicine (Neonatology)" MD (Pediatrics) qualification when granted by Chettinad Academy of Research & Education (Deemed University in respect of students being trained at Chettinad Hospital 8z. Research Institute, Kanchipurum on or after 2016). DM (Neonatology) qualification when granted by Chettinad Academy of Research & Education (Deemed University in respect of students being trained at Chettinad Hospital & Research Institute, Kanchipurum on or after 2016). against "Banaras Hindu University", under the heading 'Recognized Medical Qualification' [hereinafter referred to as column (2) ], after the last entry and entry relating thereto under the heading 'Abbreviation for Registration' [hereinafter referred to as column (3)], the following shall be inserted, namely:- (2) (3) "Doctor of Medicine (Cardiology)" DM (Cardiology) qualification when granted by Banaras Hindu University in respect of students being trained at Institute of Medicaal Sciences, BHU, Varanasi on or after 2015). against "Sharda University, Greater Noida", under the heading 'Recognized Medical Qualification' [hereinafter referred to as column (2) ], after the last entry and entry relating thereto under the heading 'Abbreviation for Registration' [hereinafter referred to as column (3)], the following shall be inserted, namely:-
