It has been a fantastic year for the club and I hope everyone has thoroughly enjoyed their season. Unlike last year, we have had a great run with the weather and the rain seemed to hold off after the first game. I have been with Normanhurst netball club for 17 years now but 2015 has been my first year as club president or even a committee member. There is a lot of work that goes into the club behind the scene. I would like to thank all of the committee members for all their hard work and efforts, and for volunteering their free time to help out our club. A special thank you to Fran Macdonald our club secretary for helping me along the way and teaching me the ropes of club president. You are what keeps this club together! Thank you to all our Net Set Go and Junior players for embracing the cold every weekend and to the parents for getting them there. Thank you to all our umpires, without you we wouldn't be able to play the game we all love. And thank you to the coaches for volunteering their free time twice a week. I would especially like to thank the seniors for continually coming back to Normo. I would also like to congratulate all of our senior players who made it into semi finals this year. Such an outstanding achievement. I hope to see everyone return in 2016 for another fun and exciting season!! GO NORMO Tracie Burdon
