General conditions/ instructions:- 1. The crucial date for age calculation will be 21st day from the date of publication of the advertisement. 2. The applications is to be submitted in the prescribed format alongwith attested copies of testimonials, experience certificate, passport size colour photographs, caste certificates, if any. 3. Five (05) years relaxable for the posts reserve for SC/ST, three (03) years relaxable for posts reserved for other backward class, in case of ex-servicemen service rendered + 03 years relaxable, 10 years relaxable in case of physically handicapped.

One passport size colour photograph duly attested and self signed should be affixed on the application form and 5 attested photographs with self signature also be attached alongwith the application. (Care to be taken that no signature or stamp should come on the face of the photograph). 6. Candidate has to appear for Screening Test / Trade Test /Interview at Govt. of India Press, Gandhinagar, Nashik. The Travelling Expenses will be reimbursed to SC/ST candidates equal to second class railway fare subject to production of inward journey ticket in proof and as per prevailing rules. 7. Application received without the requisite information as asked for in the prescribed format, without signature/without affixed attested colour passport size photograph /without attested testimonials in support of their claim for educational qualifications, experience, age, Caste Certificate(SC/ST/OBCPHP/Ex-serviceman) and Employment Exchange Registration proof will be outrightly rejected. 8. Application received after due date will not be considered. 9. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. 10. Canvassing in any form will attract disqualification. 11. All the persons recruited against this advertisement will be governed by the New Pension Scheme of the Govt. of India unless provided otherwise in the rules. 12. The candidates who had undergone Apprenticeship training in Govt. of India Press, Nashik in the particular trade for the post applied for can also apply and they will be consider at par with other candidates subject to fulfilment of eligibility conditions such as Educational qualification and experience and age. The interview letter will be sent only to those apprentices applied for the post in response to the advertisement No call letter will be sent separately to the candidates those who have had undergone apprenticeship training and not submitted their applications in response to the advertisement. 13. Age relaxable for Apprentice = The period of apprenticeship Training as prescribed under the Apprentice Act 1961 in the same organisation or Line of work/trade which is required as one of the qualification as prescribed under Age/Educational and other qualification required to Direct Recruitment. 14. Complete applications in all respect and with all attested testimonials/certificates and photographs should reach to the General Manager, Govt. of India Press, Gandhinagar, Nashik-420006 within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. 15.
