YOGA WEEK To create awareness about importance of Yoga in daily life the Yoga Week weree celebrated from 6 th July, 2017 to 13 th July, 2017 Activity started from 7:00 every day during week. All NSS volunteers and students of F.Y.B.om, S.Y.B.Com and T.Y.B.Com had participated equally. All students and NSS Volunteers had attended the yoga session NSS ORIENTATION & ADVISORY MEETING The NSS Orientation program was conducted on 27/07/2017. The orientation was guided by Prashant Savdekar sir who was the NSS coordinator of Kalyan area. Who explained the objectives and achievements of NSS. TREE PLANTATION

Tree Plantation activity was conducted on 22 nd July 2017 with the help of BNCMC gardening department near to Varaldevi Talav and BNN College Activity started by 11.00 am. Students understood the importance of tree plantation in environment and also spread the awareness regarding tree plantation and its importance. ROAD REPAIR The road repair activity were carried near to Mahavir Chowk Anjurphata on 23 rd July 2017 This work was mainly done as a dedication to our ex-student Satish Bhanusali who lost his life due to road problem in accident. ELECTION ENROLLMENT DRIVE

The election enrollment drive was organized on 30 th September 2017 i.e. on Saturday. For enrollment of students who taken admission in FY B.Com as per government circular it is compulsory. INDEPENDENCEE DAY The Independence day were celebrated on 15 th August 2017 along with participants, teaching and non-teaching staff, Principal Madam and Trustee members of the Oswal institute. A street play was performed by NSS volunteers on Water conservation to give a massage on river rejuvenation. COLLEGE CAMPUS CLEANING The Campus cleanliness program was conducted on 26/09/2017.All the NSS volunteers had vigorously participated in the activity. All the areas of college building had been cleaned including the library, canteen, classrooms, staff room, playground etc

BLOOD DONATION CAMP A Blood Donation Camp was organized and arranged by the NSS volunteers on 13 th October, 2017 in order to create awareness regarding blood donation. Total 27 units of blood were collected. The program was inaugurated with introduction of the Chief guests Mr. Ratilal Sumariya and Dr. Kamal jain, followed by the Poojan. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT & GENDER SENSITIZATIONS On 28 th of Sept, 2017 Saturday a guest lecture was arranged on women empowerment. The lecture was delivered by Dr. NEETA MISHRA. The session described how the role of women is changing in modern times, management and the goals which we have achieved or which we want to achieve in future.

ASSISTANCE IN THE GANAPATI EMERSION On 5 th September, 2017 volunteers of NSS went to Dhamankar Naka to help the people and the Traffic policemen situated in the area in order to allow smooth running of idol immersion. VISIT TO ORPHANAGE CENTER A visit to orphanage was conducted on 24 th of September by the volunteers of NSS unit. Student thought them about good habits and bad habits and also donated food, books and necessary articles to children s of orphanage. ORGAN DONATION AWARENESS SEMINAR The organ donation awareness programme organized on 29 th September, 2017. Dr. Kamal Jain invited as speaker for the session. He demonstrated the advantages, processes and the importance of organ donation in today s world.

WATER SURVEY AND RALLY A rally was conducted by the students of the Oswal Degree College on 1 st September, 2017 to spread the awareness regarding water consumption and water salvation. Waste Management A waste management project were setup in college to manage the waste from canteen and other food daily NSS volunteers collecting waste and putting it to pits properly which developed in college campus. POSTER COMPETITION The poster making competition was organized on 27/09/2017 on theme Swatch Bharat Abhiyan and Organ Awareness to create the awareness among the students and developing their attitude towards environment and health.
