Dear Potential Intern, Thank you for your interest in the TFH School of Leadership. The first step in becoming a student is to fill out the application and return it to our office. We require an application processing fee of $50 (USD), which must accompany this application. This fee is non-refundable regardless of your acceptance. General Information - Eligibility The internship program is open to young adults 18-28. (Special consideration taken for high school graduates 16-17 years old.) Application Deadline/Fee A $50 one-time fee is required with your application and must be paid at time of application submission. All applications must be submitted no later than August 24, 2018. Tuition Total cost for the program is $3,550 per student. This will cover textbooks, conference fees, Woodleaf retreat, Dream Center, and other various ministry trips. Students are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $1,500 no later than September 1, 2018. The remaining balance will be divided into 8 monthly installments. Tuition payments are due on the first of each month from October through May. Housing Student housing is an option for those who do not live locally. Rent is $400/month and is due on the first of each month, September through May. Students who apply for student housing are required to sign housing contracts and must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth both by the rental agency and The Father s House. Financial Preparedness & Stewardship Financial preparedness is a key factor in determining whether this is the right time for you to be a student at TFH School of Leadership. We want you to be free from financial debt during your time as a student. Acceptance into this program is contingent upon your ability to faithfully handle financial obligations as a student. Accreditation Students have the option to take accredited college classes through Northwest University to work towards an associate s or bachelor s degree in Ministerial Leadership, Psychology, or Business Management. College classes are not required for enrollment; however, it is a wonderful option for those interested in furthering their academic education during their time here. If you are enrolled in Northwest, the cost is $289 per credit hour (classes are 3 credit hours each). Please note that your time spent as a School of Leadership student counts for an additional 3 credits each semester for ministry practicum and is free. Financial Aid is available through Northwest.
