London s experience and research in base of the pyramid (BoP) markets spans more than two decades and 80 countries. In addition to publishing numerous books, articles and cases on BoP business strategy, he has advised dozens of leadership teams in the corporate, non-profit, and development sectors on designing sustainable and scalable BoP enterprises. Prior to coming to the University of Michigan, London was on the faculty at the University of North Carolina, where he received his Ph.D. in strategic management.
