APACHE JUNCTION UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT #43 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND AGENDA FOR GOVERNING BOARD MEETING Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice hereby given to members of the Apache Junction Unified School District Governing Board and the general public that the Governing Board will hold a public open meeting to the public on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room located at 1575 W. Southern Avenue, Apache Junction, AZ 85120. Members of the Governing board will attend in person or by telephone, video or internet conference. The Agenda for this meeting is provided below. However, the Governing Board reserves the right to change the order of items on the Agenda with the exception of public hearings set forth at a specific time. The Meeting Agenda and related documents can be found on the Apache Junction Unified School District website: www.ajusd.org. The Meeting Agenda and related documents are also available for public inspection 24 hours in advance of the meeting at the District Office, located at 1575 W. Southern Avenue, Apache Junction, AZ 85120 (except for documents relating to possible executive sessions and records exempt by law from public inspection). The Governing Board endeavors to ensure the accessibility of its meetings to persons with disabilities and persons requiring language assistance.
