PRIORITIES in education and training Improving the visibility and the role of education and training in the knowledge triangle and in the revised Lisbon strategy; Promotion of creativity and innovativeness in connection with the modernization of schools; Promoting intercultural dialogue and multilingualism.

Working on the above mentioned issues will be inevitably linked to consideration on possible future priorities for Education and Trainingbeyond 2010, as a political orientation and as aresponse of education area to challenges thateuropean societies face in a globalized world.
