TEACHING As Associate Professor, I have been responsible for advising students and teaching all courses in the Student Development and Leadership in Higher Education graduate program. This program is a 36- hour, online program. My teaching load began as four courses per fall, spring and summer semester. The department converted to an eight-week semester format in the summer of 2013. I am responsible for two courses per eight weeks, five times per year.
