NOTES: All classes are subject to change (time of class, teacher, etc.) or cancellation due to lack of enrollment. All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration fee and additional payments will only be refunded if a class is cancelled and it is no longer being offered in our schedule. The ages listed for all classes are approximate. If you are not the age listed next to a class, please receive confirmation from Miss Trisha to enter the class that you would like to register for. For all intermediate / advanced level classes, gymnastics classes, and pointe classes; final class choice will be reviewed and must be approved by the staff for final enrollment. If you do not see a class you are interested in or you are unavailable when a certain class is being offered, please email Miss Lauren at MissLauren@DiscoverSPDance.com, so we can try and accommodate your needs! We are always here to make sure you are pleased at SPSD. An additional Ballet Technique class is required for all students participating in any Competition Team or Performance Companies. The Performing Company Class for Silver through Titanium Companies will also include an additional Technique/Gymnastics Class. If enrolled in any Competitive Team and the Performance Company, only one additional Ballet Technique class is required. All students studying Pointe must be enrolled in a Ballet Technique class. All classes marked private are reserved for private or closed private lessons. o If you have already requested a private lesson, a time slot has been assigned to you. You must still confirm your private lesson, along with any other classes you will be taking. If you are unable to make the day/time that has been held for you, please email Miss Lauren at MissLauren@DiscoverSPDance.com. o All students requesting a private lesson must also be enrolled in an additional Ballet Technique class per month, and have been a student at SPSD for 5 years. If interested in a private and you were not at SPSD for 5 years, you must receive approval from Miss Trisha or Miss Lauren. o If requesting a Private, (1 student / $96 per student if enrolled in 3 or more classes you will receive additional discounts PLUS $10.00 OFF Private Lesson), Closed Private (2-3 students / $76 per student), or Closed Semi-Private (4 students / $61 per student) please email Miss Lauren with the students name(s), type of dance interested in as well as day and time available. Upon this request, we will choose the final time, day and instructor appropriate to teach your class. After submitting your class choices and receiving confirmation, please send: Registration $40 (New Students pay only $30 until August 31 st, 2014), 1.5 monthly fees per class, and your costume payment option form is due to finalize enrollment. Please make all checks payable to SPSD and send to 2703 W. Emmaus Ave., Allentown PA, 18103. For your convenience, ALL Major Credit Cards and Debit Cards are also accepted (NOTE: all credit card payments made by phone will incur a $3.00 convenience fee.) After enrollment is finalized, you will receive a confirmation with a notification of; start date, class dress code, dancewear fitting day, etc. (Please do not purchase any attire until we specify what is needed for class!)
