BUS PARKING LOGISTICS Please print off a copy of the Bus Parking Handout to give to your bus driver. When dropping off students, please DO NOT park in the drop-off areas, as this is not designated bus parking. Any buses parking in their designated drop-off zones will be doing so at their own risk of TICKETING and TOWING. A fully paid designated parking lot has been arranged for daily bus parking for all schools and groups in attendance (refer to the Bus Parking section below for more information). o Note: WE Day does not guarantee bus parking for chartered school buses and spots are available on a first come first serve basis. All buses are ultimately responsible for finding their own parking. WE Day will not be responsible for the cost of chartered bus parking. Please drop off students ONLY at designated drop-off zones and allocated dropoff times. o Please ask your bus driver to move as far into the zone as they can so that other buses may pull-in behind them. o DO NOT stop buses within 5 meters of any intersections during drop-offs or pick-ups. Have a large, clear sign with your school name & designated Drop-Off Zone number in the window of the bus so that you will be able to identify your bus during pick-up. For seamless exit, please ensure you have exchanged phone numbers with your bus driver. Please follow the instructions given by police officers, staff and volunteers at all times. Volunteers will be present to guide teachers and students safely to the venue. Do not return to your drop-off location until your allocated pick-up time. DROP OFF ZONE LOGISTICS Please see the chart in the following subheading for your assigned Drop- Off Zone. Please have your buses drop-off attendees on the curbside of 1st Ave. N between Thomas St. and Republican St. Please note that this is a one way street and all buses must travel northbound. Please have your buses drop-off attendees on the curbside of Republican St. between 1st Ave. N and Warren Ave. N. Please note that buses must travel eastbound and pull over on southern side of the road.

Please have your buses drop-off attendees on the curbside of Mercer St. between Warren Ave. N and 5th Ave. N.
