Logging In 1. Go to the LCI Immersive Education Program E-Learning page: https://www.leanconstruction.org/learning/lci-e-learning/ 2. NO MyLCI ACCOUNT - Complete this step ONLY if you do NOT have a MyLCI account. a. Create a MyLCI account by copying and pasting this link into your browser to create an account: https://mylci.leanconstruction.org/. OR b. I HAVE A MYLCI ACCOUNT AND/OR MEMBERSHIP - If you currently have a MyLCI account and/or a membership, you may access e-learning courses by clicking this button. Catalog: Purchasing a Course NOTE: You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase courses or to use PayPal to purchase a course. 1. Navigate to Catalog. 2. You can use the Search bar to find the Learning Path you wish to purchase. 3. Click the image or name to navigate to the Learning Path Catalog Details. 4

4. In the Catalog Details page, you can: See the Learning Path Description See Suggestions related to the course you chose Add the Learning Path to your Shopping Cart 5. On the Shopping Cart page, you can: Click the button to Continue Shopping 5

Use Discount Codes Click Checkout to complete your order TIP: If you leave the Shopping Cart, the Learning Paths you have chosen will remain there and you can access them by clicking the Shopping Cart icon on the right top menu. 6. On the Checkout page, you will navigate a five-step wizard. You will not be able to go to the next step until all required fields (*) have been filled in. 6

Fill in your billing address Verify the order details and click Pay with PayPal 7

TIPS: You are not required to have a PayPal account. You can go to the PayPal and pay with your credit card or visa debit card without creating an account If you have an account, Log in to your PayPal account and Continue the purchase If you don t have a PayPal account, fill in the credit/debit card information and click Continue After you click Continue in PayPal (with or without an account), it will redirect you back to the Checkout page. Verify the information and click Confirm 8

You are Done, Congratulations! o o To print the Order Information, click Printer Friendly to open a new tab with the printable version of the Order, then click Print Click Go to my Learning Plan to see the Learning Path on My Learning Plan page 9

Search for a Course 1. Navigate to My Learning Plan page, then click on a Learning Path to see its Learning Items. 2. You can use the search tools to find learning items. Any character input in the Search bar will show Learning items with those characters as results (Ex: Searching Skill will show all Learning Items with Skill included.) Select a View: o Path View: Learning items that don t match the search criteria are disabled. Learning items that match the search criteria are enabled. 11

o List View: Learning items that match the search criteria are displayed. Learning items that don t match the search criteria are not displayed. 3. If there is no match, the system displays the following message. Clear the search bar to clear the filter fields. 4. You can use the Legend to confirm the status and item type. 12

5. You can use the Quick Links to find learning items. Most Recent Items: this panel displays the names of the last 3 learning items that you have accessed in My Leaning Plan. 13

Priority Items: this panel displays the names of the last 5 priority items that you have accessed in My Learning Plan. Expired / Expiring Items: this panel shows the last 5 items that you have accessed in My Learning Plan and have expired or are expiring within 30 days Incomplete Items: this panel displays the name of the incomplete items to be displayed in My Learning Plan. 14

Using the Dashboard The dashboard shows a summary of your account and can be accessed by clicking My Dashboard in the top left corner of your screen. The features listed will vary depending on site settings and your role. You can click on the items in your dashboard to visit the respective parts of the LMS. You can set the dashboard as your LMS home page by editing My Preferences in My Account (see Managing My Account). 15

Viewing Badges To view your badges, go My Dashboard and scroll down to view My Badges and Most Recent badges earned. Click the blue link for View Details. 16

Post, Share, and Download Badges 1. Inside of the Dashboard, scroll down and click View Details under My Badges. 2. On the My Badges screen, click the title of the course underneath the badge. 3. Below the Badge details screen, click Download, Email, LinkedIn, and/or Facebook to share your badges earned. 17

My Learning Plan & Certificates To view all of the courses assigned and completed, go to the My Learning Plan menu at the top of the screen. Locating and Viewing Learning Paths 1. To find your Learning Paths, you must go to My Learning Plan page. You have a few options to navigate to My Learning Plan page. Click My Learning Plan (top menu bar). Click My Learning Plan from Learner s name drop down menu (upper right corner of browser window). 18

2. In My Learning Plan page, you can view your Learning Paths by choosing a view: Tile View List View 3. If your administrator enabled the Categories and Bands feature, the Learning Paths will appear in their respective Category and Band. Your Learning Path may not be assigned to a Category and Band (it would be displayed under Not Categorized ). Requalifying a Learning Item that is expired If you wish to requalify for a Learning Item that has expired, follow these steps: Step 1. On the page My Learning Plan, you can view the expired item to open its modal window by: clicking on the item in the Expired Items list 19

or clicking on the related path with an Expired status, and then clicking on the item that is showing an Alert Notification icon 20

Step 2. Within the item's open modal window, click the button Requalify. o Tip: If you don t see a Requalify button (ex: External Qualification learning item), contact your site administrator. 21

Step 3. Complete the Learning Item again to requalify. 22

Viewing Exam Results 1. Navigate to My Learning Plan page. 2. You can use the search tools to filter to Learning Path, then to find your exam after clicking on a Path. It is a learning item. The graphic below lists the results in the Path View. You can use several filters, or simply one criteria. (Ex: Filter by Learning Item Name.) 3. Click the Exam tile to open the exam modal window 23

Accessing your Recognition Certificate 1. To get your certificate, you must complete all the required learning items in the path. o Tip: Required learning items have a shield icon as indicated by the red arrow. 2. Click the Recognition item icon to view the learning path details 25
