General Information (2019-2021) The 2019 edition of the International Master in Business (IMB) begins on July 2nd, 2019. Applications are reviewed in rounds, with the following deadlines: Application Start Date September 04, 2018 Round 1 Submission Deadline November 20, 2018 Round 2 Submission Deadline January 20, 2019 *Round 3 Submission Deadline March 20, 2019 *Round 4 Submission Deadline May 20, 2019 * Subject to availability of seats 1) ELIGIBILITY a) Academic Background A candidate should have a minimum of 50% in X, XII & graduation each. The calculation of percentage for X and XII has to be done by done by considering all subjects. For graduation, percentage calculation has to be done as an aggregate of all semesters/years. The candidate should also have 65% as an average of X + XII + Graduation. Students in the final year have to calculate their aggregate percentage summing up to the last semester/year of mark sheet available. For 10/12th, if a Board awards grades/grade points, a conversion factor for the same needs to be furnished. All applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (or should be currently in their Final Year) in any discipline from a recognised institution The Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. The percentage received by the candidate in the bachelor s degree would be based as an aggregate of all semester or all years mark sheets Applicants in the last year of a degree and those who have completed the degree but are awaiting results can also apply. The applicant should have obtained 50% marks or equivalent aggregate calculated up to the latest exam that has been completed. Candidates who do not have degree certificates, if selected, have to provide the degree awarded by the University latest by December 31, 2019, until which the registration will be considered as provisional. The registration/admission to the program will stand cancelled if the applicant fails to submit the degree by December 31, 2019. If the applicants have undergone/completed an integrated master s degree or dual degree directly after their 12th /HSC, the percentage of marks obtained as per their institute/university norms, which is considered as equivalent to bachelor s degree will be considered. If the institute provides grades/cgpa instead of marks, a conversion of the same is mandatory. If no conversion is available/ provided, then we will do the calculation based on internal policy. For applicants who do not have a bachelor s degree but have completed their CA/ICWA/CS, an aggregate of the Inter and Final marks will be taken into consideration. At the time of admission, the candidate has to produce semester-wise / trimester-wise / consolidated (only if University / Institute do not issue individual mark sheets) mark sheets of all years of the college from which he/she is graduated. In case of internet copies of mark sheets, attestation by Principal with the official seal is mandatory. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ascertain whether they possess the necessary and requisite qualification for the admission, as verification of the documents, is done at the time of final admission. b) Test Scores For IMB (Batch of 2019-21), we are accepting the following Test Scores: - Bocconi Test - CAT scores - 2017/2018 - NMAT by GMAC score - 2017/2018 - GMAT scores taken after January 1, 2016 - GRE scores taken after January 1, 2016 Application for Round 1 will be accepted with Bocconi Test appeared post August 2018 / CAT 2017/ NMAT 2017-2018/ GMAT or GRE appeared after 1st January 2016. All applicants are required to submit either CAT/NMAT by GMAC/GMAT/GRE or take the Bocconi Test, in a particular round. Please fill in all the details when you start the application and plug or email your scores once you receive the same. We take into consideration the best score for evaluation in case of multiple test scores. Candidates can be asked to take the Bocconi test if they don't have any other test score or if the provided score is not as per the expectations of the admissions committee. There is no additional fee to take the Bocconi test for the first time. Some candidates might be asked to take a retest at the discretion of the admission committee. In such cases, a fee of INR 1000/- is applicable. c) Work Experience No minimum work experience is required. IMB is designed for freshers and young executives up to 5 years of work experience Important Note: If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the information furnished by him / her in the online registration is incorrect, his/her application for admission to the Program, even if selected and fees paid, will stand cancelled and fees forfeited. 2) SELECTION PROCESS It is based on an overall profile analysis on the below mentioned factors: a) Academic Abilities Candidates with consistent academic background and a demonstrated ability to cope with the rigour of the program have an advantage in the selection process. b) Test Scores Applicants must also score well on admission test scores (CAT, NMAT by GMAC, GMAT, GRE or Bocconi test). We do not indicate any "cut off" restriction. A high test score is definitely helpful but an average score could be compensated by the candidate's excellence in other areas. c) Extra-Curricular Management experience, leadership potential, entrepreneurial experience, communication skills, social work, creativity and involvement in community and culture are additional considerations. d) Personal Interview Interviews are conducted following an initial pre-selection based on the dossier submission. Candidates are evaluated on multiple parameters such as problem-solving skills, communication and overall profile. Soft skills and talents, such as enthusiasm, ability to listen, concentration, involvement, responsibility, motivation to grow as a manager and a person is critical for selection and is evaluated through the personal interview; it is meant not only to determine if the candidates are suitable for the program, but also whether the program will meet each candidate's expectations and career goals. 3) DOSSIER The application is deemed complete for evaluation only after the online application form is duly submitted with the documents and application fees. We recommend you to submit all the documents at the time of application submission to avoid last minute confusion. 4) RESULTS Admission results are communicated to the accepted candidates in writing via email through an offer letter along with the acceptance date. The tuition waivers or scholarship are also part of the same offer letter if awarded to a particular candidate. Candidates have to accept the offer before the expiry of the enrolment date and pay the admission fee. In case of non-acceptance, the candidates cannot apply in the later rounds. Deferment may be requested by the candidate for the next year, but confirmation of admission is at the discretion of the Admissions Committee. If the above is approved, the candidate still has to pay the admission fee to get the deferment. If the candidate fails to join the next year, total fee paid would be forfeited. 5) FINANCIAL COMMITMENT IMB involves considerable commitment, both personally and financially. Mandatory attendance throughout the intensive program makes it impossible to carry on any parallel professional activity that might contribute to support participants financially. a) Total Fees for Batch 2019-21 PROGRAM & ACADEMIC FEES Indian Student (in INR) Admission Fee 2,50,000 Tuition and Academic Fee ( Includes Milan 16,10,000* Semester Tuition Fee) 18,60,000** * The above fee is paid in instalments. Details are shared with the offer letter for the selected candidates. The fees include most teaching material (some texts must be purchased separately) Accommodation and Milan expense is separate. Refer our website for details. **Taxes and cesses shall be payable as per the rates applicable at the time of payment. b) Accommodation in Mumbai The accommodation fee is in addition to the above and accommodation is available on first come first serve basis due to limited space. Students can avail food from the college canteen by buying it directly from the service provider. Students who are not allotted a room or those who don't opt for the same, will have to arrange for the accommodation by themselves. c) Expenses for 4-Month Milan Semester to be borne by the students directly No additional tuition fees are requested. The average costs to be borne by the students in Milano are; (approx.) - Airfare: 800 Euros - Housing: 600 to 800 Euros per month - Food: 10 Euros per meal at university canteen - Visa Fees and Stay permit in Italy: 350 Euros - Public transportation: a monthly pass is 22 Euros for students under 26 years & 35 Euros for students above 26 years ITLS licensee of the brand

6) FINANCING AND SCHOLARSHIPS The School assists candidates in their search for funding by supplying the necessary documentation and encourages them to explore all scholarships and loan possibilities in time. The school has tie-ups with Axis Bank, Credila and Avanse for availing loans. We offer merit-based tuition waivers up to 80% to candidates with an outstanding profile. Selection is carried out by a Committee whose decision about numbers, amount and recipients is final and unquestionable.
