FUNDRAISING Our fundraising committee and school parents have had a busy few weeks! Our June Community Dinner was held on 3rd June. There was a great turn out of Moyston locals for our Chicken Parma night. Thank you to Libby and Lydia for co-ordinating this dinner and to all of the parents helpers who assisted with the preparation and running of the evening. This dinner made a profit of $950! Over the long weekend our school also hosted a dinner for the Endurance Horse riders at the Moyston Pavilion on Sunday night. The very cold and tired horse riders were grateful for a hot dinner after riding all day and night. Thankyou to our students and parents for baking sweets for the dessert platters. Thank you to all of our helpers on the night. Approximate profit from this dinner was $665!
Good morning greeting with Tanith during Chinese. SCHOOL GARDEN Our Senior students spent some time recently in our school garden weeding and cleaning up. The garden has been thriving this year. 90% of the vegetable served at our June Community Meal dinner came from our school garden. A big thank you to all of the parent helpers who have helped make the garden such a success this year.
