Dated : 08/2/2012 CIRCULAR It is proposed to fill up the vacant post of Accountant in the Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/- transfer on deputation in the Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi (Statutory Body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Department of AYUSH ) from Officials under the Central/State Governments/Universities/Government Hospitals/Public Sector Undertakings/ Statutory or Autonomous organizations; i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis or ii) with 06 years regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.2800 or with 10 years regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- with at least three years working experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work in the Central/State Government/University/Government Hospitals/Public Sector Undertakings/ Statutory or Autonomous organizations. The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department shall ordinarily not exceed 03 years. The persons selected on deputation will be governed by the normal Government rules/orders on deputation as amended from time to time. The eligible and interested persons should apply through proper channel as per proforma annexed at Annexure I (Proforma is also available on the website of the Central Council). The applications should be forwarded by the employer to the Secretary, Central Council of Indian Medicine, 61-65 Institutional Area, Janakpuri by 16 th March, 2012. While forwarding the applications it shall be ensured that the particulars of the candidate/s are duly verified from their service record that they actually fulfill the eligibility requirements and no Vigilance case/disciplinary proceedings are pending/contemplated against the candidate concerned. The uptodate attested copies of ACR dossiers for the past five years from 2006-2007 to 2010-2011, Integrity Certificate, Vigilance clearance, Statement of major/minor penalty imposed, if any, during the last 10 years must also be enclosed alongwith the applications. Applications received after the last date of receipt of applications or without the afore-mentioned specified documents are liable to be summarily rejected.
