PROCEEDINGS OF 151 st MEETING OF THE ERC-NCTE HELD ON 26 th 27 th FEBRUARY, 2013 The 151 st Meeting of the Eastern Regional Committee (ERC), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) was convened on 26 th -27 th February, 2013 at Conference Hall, ERC, NCTE, 15, Neelakantha Nagar, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. Total number of practice teaching schools not indicated. 4. The institution be asked to submit an affidavit that no other institution is functioning inside the institution campus. Size of multipurpose hall is 995 sq.ft. which is less than the required 2000 sq.ft. The Associated Cement Companies Limited has taken land on lease basis Deed NO. 6633 from the Governor of the State of West Bengal for 999 years of total area 8.02 acres. The Associated 20

Cement Companies Limited has transferred the same lease land of area 2.63 acres out of 8.02 acre of land to the TECHNO INDIA i.e. the land is on sub-lease basis. The Sub-lease of land is not permissible as per Regulation. The institution has also submitted another Deed No. 7152-2006, Deed of Rectification. As per the Deed of Rectification the Techno India has taken land on sub lease from West Bengal Electronic Industry Development Corporation. The Sub-Lease of land is not permissible as per Regulation. As per Deed No.3157-2003. The Deed is between the WEST BENGAL ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED referred as the Sub Lessor AND TECHNO INDIA referred as the Sub-Lessee. Here also the land is on sub-lease basis which is not permissible as per Regulation. The same Society i.e. TECHNO INDIA has applied for B.Ed. course bearing code no. ERCAPP14/2012 and for D.El.Ed. course bearing ERCAPP16/2012. The name and address of both the institution are same and has also submitted the same land documents.
