In the inquiry students: presented the machines brought by them and explained their form, function and how would they want to change it through Show and Tell delved deeper into the importance of machines in the modern society through Doughnut Strategy,where they shared their opinion with peers tuned into the third line of inquiry by interviewing teachers about importance of machines in modern society furthered their understanding of bar graphs by conducting interviews- collating data on machines used in daily life and creating tally marks and frequency table for the same were assessed on their understanding of Multiplication and Division Summative Assessment revisited types of adverbs and collated their understanding using the Cross organizer were assessed on their understanding of Verbs and its kinds through various learning centers Summative assessment did Jig Saw reading of text based on Alice in Wonderland and comprehended the same through task sheet read chapter 7 of the reader Tigers of Twilight and practiced summarizing in their own words. PE Football They practiced dribbling, passing and receiving techniques during the football classes. Visual art Students were introduced to the artist Wassily Kandinsky, his style of painting and his journey as an artist through a visual presentation and class discussion. Taking inspiration from the artist s style, they further started drawing a landscape painting. Swimming Horse Riding Yoga Taekwondo They were familiarized with the safety measures to be followed during their swimming sessions. They practiced streamlining body position while in the pool. They performed water confidence drills like hopping, walking and submerging. They practiced and participated in the Inter House swimming competition. Students practiced mounting and dismounting the horse during horse riding classes. They also practiced normal walk gaits Class discussions were held to understand the benefits of Yoga and Yogic Practices. Breathing exercises like Kapalbhati and various yogic standing postures were practiced in classes They were introduced to the basic commands and techniques of Taekwondo and practiced the same.
