1 Circular No. 1/ Date 14/7/17 SUB: PT MEETING The Management of DPS Godhra is pleased to inform you that the first PT Meeting of DPS Godhra will be held tomorrow, Sat 15/7/17 at 12: 30 pm onwards. All parents ( both Mother and Father) are requested to attend the same. Regular classes will be conducted upto 12:25pm. Circular No. 3/ Date 2/8/17 1. MID TERM TEST 1 Date sheet cum syllabus of MT -1 which is scheduled to commence on 8th Aug 2017 is being circulated to students from III-VII. The test will be conducted for a duration of 1 hour during school hours, Max Marks : 25. No Formal Exams will be conducted for Std I and II. They will have Continuous assessment. 2. CHANGE IN THE SATURDAY SCHEDULE. w.e.f 5/8/2017 Saturday timing will be as any other regular days. 08:50 am 02:40 pm Timing for Std I will be upto 01:10 only. (No change)

All students are required to report at school for the same. Reporting Time 08: 20 am Flag Hoisting 08:30 am Cultural programme 08:40 am onwards Dispersal 10:00 am Kindly arrange to get your wards ready at the pick up / drop point accordingly: (Pick up will start from Modi ki Vadi at 07:00 am. Circular No. 6/ Date 26/8/17 As per the Almanac PT Meeting will be held on Monday 28/8/2017 from 012:30 pm to 2:30 pm. to discuss the performance of your ward in the first quarter Regular classes will be held upto 12:30 pm. 4 Circular No. 9/ Date 21/9/17 1. Datesheet cum syllabus for the forthcoming Half Yearly Exam is being sent with students for your kind information. 2. HY Exam is scheduled to commence on 3/10/2017 and will be conducted every alternate day. One day gap is given so that students get adequate time for preparation. Students are required to come to school all these days. 3. During exam days students will disperse at 01:00 pm. 4. Result discussion will be held on 16 Oct (Earlier it was scheduled on 14 Oct). Timing : 10:00 am 12:00 pm 5. Garba Celebration for students is arranged at School on 27 Oct to am. Students will be coming in Garba costume. School bus will ply on pre decided routes for the conveyance of students. Wish you all a happy Navratri. Circular No. 10/ Date 27/9/17 SWATCH BHARAT ABHIYAN You will be happy to know that DPS Godhra joins hands with the National Mission of Swatch Bharat Abhiyan. Students from Std II onwards will be joining the mission on 2 nd October ( Gandhi Jayanti day ). The idea is to catch them young to instil in them a sense of cleanliness at a young age and send out a strong message to people. We will be taking up the task of cleaning any public institution / Govt deptt, Office premises / Area etc. All parents are requested to cooperate and send the children as per the regular timings. Students will be dropped back at 01:00 pm.

5 Circular No. 11/ Date 04/10/17 All parents are requested to submit the copy of the following documents for school record. 1. Xerox copy of Birth Certificate showing the name, Date and place of birth Aadhar card Id proof of parents (Father and Mother) or Aadhar cards Caste Certificate of father ( if belonging to Affirmative Actions SC/ST/OBC) 2. Please collect UID No. from previous school. 3. TC in original (If not submitted) Last Date 7/10/17 Circular No. 12/ Date 09 / 10 / Students Diary is being sent with students. Kindly fill in the details in the opening page, Page1 and Page 2 correctly. Please use the diary as an effective medium of communication between school and parents. 2. Tuition Fees for Q2 and Q3 are due. All are requested to pay the dues as per the schedule. 6 Circular No. 11-1/ Date 12/ 10 / RESULT DISCUSSION Ref cir no. 9/ dated 21/9 regarding Result discussion which was scheduled on Monday 16/10/2017. Considering the request of all parents, it has been decided to reschedule the date. Accordingly, Result discussion for all classes will now be held on Saturday 14/10/2017. Timing 10:30 12:30. However, Comprehensive report card for Term 1 will be issued only in the first week of Nov. 2. DIWALI CELEBRATION School will be having Diwali Celebration on Saturday morning hours. Students - Nursery to Std VII - are to report as usual. Later parents may collect their wards when they come for result discussion. 3. 7 Circular No. 13/ Date 13/11/17 Sub: Childrens Day Celebration School will be celebrating Childrens Day tomorrow Tuesday 14/11/2017. Various programmes are being planned for the Day. Kindly take note of the following: 1. Students will be reporting to school in item costume / comfortable Civil dress. 2. No books be carried, only snacks, water bottle, diary and I card. Principal Circular No. 14/ Date 28/11/17 Wado Karate Do Foundation, India organises Karate Championship 2017 on 16,17 Dec 2017 at Sunrise English Medium School, Chhotaudepur. Your ward s name has been recommended by Karate Instructor for the said championship. 8 Circular No. 15/ Date 29/11/17 DEAR PARENTS Kindly take note of the following 1. Sub: Changes in the Almanac As communicated earlier vide circular no. 12/ dated 07/11/2017 the following changes are effected in the Almanac due to delayed commencement of session Parents are requested to take note of the changes. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused, if any. 1. MT-2 Exam is postponed to Jan 2018, to be conducted from 6/1/2018 to 12/1/2018. Result discussion / PT Meeting on Sat 20/1/ Annual exam is rescheduled to be conducted from 14/4/2018 to 25/4/2018. Result declaration Sat 28/4/ Commencement of new session : Monday 11 June Revised worksheet schedule (Std I VII) is being sent along with this circular. Parents are requested to motivate children to do the worksheet. 3. Cycle Test : In order to make the practice of worksheets more effective, It has been decided to conduct cycle tests based on the worksheets as per the schedule given overleaf. The marks scored in the cycle tests would form part of PT (Periodic Tests Assessment) for Term School has started bulk SMS for communication with parents. SMS title : DPSGDR 5.
