7 Objectives of School Disaster Management Plan Keeping in view of both Natural and Man Made Disaster the School Disaster management plan is prepared under the guidance of District Disaster management Authority Chamba (DDMA) Chamba. The School Disaster management committee is framed under the chairmanship of Principal along with Master Trainers of School. The Committee is authorized to find out all the risks during any type of Disasters. They are also asked to find out all risks as well as their remedies both at structural level and Non-Structural level. The Plan was prepared on 1 st May, 2017, the In-Charges find out all the risks as well as all Structural and Non Structural Risks of the School. Finally the plan is implemented on 15th May, The evacuation routes of whole campus prepared, Mock-Drills for earthquakes and fire safety were demonstrated and performed again and again, all SDM committees were formed and their tasks assigned to them and report on structural and Non-Structural hazards is submitted to the Principal Office

9 Preparation of team to find both Structural and Non-Structural Defects A team of three teachers under the chairman-ship of Principal prepared to find all the Structural and Non-Structural Defects of the school campus, Karuna Arya (Vice Principal), Mr. Nayeem Sheikh (TGT Non-Medical) and Mr. Sumit (PTI), closely visited all the rooms of School and submitted their report to the Principal Smt. Brij Bala Gupta for further modification and rectification.
