Please note that the weighting for English Language, Mother Tongue Languages, Mathematics and Science for Continual Assessment 2 is 10% of the overall assessment for the year. 3. There will be no make-up tests for pupils who are absent from any component(s)/ paper(s). Any absence must be supported with a Medical Certificate from a doctor. Letters from parents will not be accepted, unless there is a valid reason and this is subject to the Principal s approval. Medical certificates from Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners will not be recognised. 4. For your daughter s/ward s well-being, they will not be allowed to take any component(s)/ paper(s) if they are unwell on the day of assessment. Please make the necessary arrangements to bring your child/ward to see a doctor and to submit a medical certificate, if she is unwell. 5. Our students are strongly encouraged to draw up a timetable to help them better prepare for the assessments. Do ensure your daughter / ward takes into consideration her physical and emotional well-being as she draws up her timetable. 6.
