12 UH strategy Research. Advancement of world-class, cutting edge research and innovation; creates an ecosystem that supports research-based development of new products, services and other solutions for digital learning and education.

Facilitates the promotion of international research exchange programmes: International educational cooperation will be utilised to develop systematic exchange activities. This will also enable the University to establish joint degree components with partners.
