Transcript Status and Options When you register for a class, you see the status as Registered. If it is an on line course, you will also see Launch under the Options column. Click Launch when you are ready to take the course. Once the course has been completed, you will click Mark Complete, at which time the test (if applicable) will become available. Register for a Session 1. Open your Transcript. 2. Locate the event and under Options, click Register. If there are different sessions to choose make sure you select the correct session. a. If the word None is listed under options, then this is not an event you may register for. In this case the status will be Denied. 3. For an instructor led class, once registered, you will see Withdraw in the Options column. a. If permission is given to withdraw, click Withdraw under Options. b. Select a reason, enter comments if necessary. Click Submit. 4. For an instructor led class, the status is changed to Registered until you attend the class and then will be marked Completed. 5. For a CBL, once registered, you will see Launch in the Options column. 4
5 Add Required Training Training that had been assigned to you will be on your transcript under Required Training Not In Transcript heading. Click on the title of the training to view the details. Then click the Add to Transcript link to add to your active transcript. Course Completion Once an instructor has marked your classroom attendance as completed, if there is a test associated with the course it will be listed on your transcript. At the end of the class, you will be instructed to go to your transcript, locate the course and under Options, you will click Manage, and on the next screen under options click Activate, and then click Launch Test. If this was a CBL, once you have read the material, you will click Mark Complete under Options, then click Manage. After completing the test, click the icon for Summary. Make sure you answered all the questions, then click Submit your final answers. If you passed the test, the test shows as post work, and the class shows as complete. If you need to Save/Return Later the LMS will save the questions you have already answered. Access the test as you did the previous time. If you failed the test, retake it, accessing it as you did the previous time. Except this time instead of Activate, you will click Retake. If you need to review the CBL again, just click the link to Launch it. You cannot take a test for an instructor led class that had not yet been marked as Complete by the instructor. When you complete a CBL that is a.pdf, you need to electronically sign off that you have read the material. In the Status column, you will see Pending Completion Signature. Click this link to electronically sign. Click on the Completed tab to view courses that are in a Completed status. If a course does not show complete click on the course title. In the Details section, click Mark Complete and electronically sign. Archiving Learning Events When your Completed list becomes too large with completed events, you may want to Archive some of the older sessions. This will free up space on your Completed tab. To archive a learning event, from your Completed list of events, click on an event name. In the Training Details screen click on Move to Archived Transcripts link. Training can be made Active again or moved back to the Completed tab by clicking on the Training Title and then on the Activate button. 5
