Please note that the schedule of the shift is Teacher's Aide 7:15 am to 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday and are required to work during slow down periods or periods of school vacation Sr. Child Care Specialist, Child Care Specialist, Sr. Direct Support Professional, Direct Support Professional (2) shifts of 2 pm to 11pm, (1) shift of 3 pm to 11pm and (1) shift from 9 am to 11pm on Saturday or Sunday Child Care Worker and Direct Support Professional Overnight (4) shifts of 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. during the week and weekends. 2 Due to our need to maintain a safe campus in order to maintain our required staff to student ratio, there is the possibility of being mandated (required to staff past the end of yours shift) Are you able to be mandated? 4. Are there any days that you cannot work or require days or weeks off because you have specific plans or commitments? Stetson School is a smoke free environment there is no smoking or no use of any tobacco products on Stetson School grounds smokers need to take breaks off campus are you able to handle this? 16. This is to inform if you are made an offer of employment it will be contingent on passing a physical examination and obtaining a TB test to show that you are free of TB and passing a drug test. 18. If you are made an offer of employment it will be contingent upon the results of a CORI and a background check for abuse and neglect. When the state provides a vendor for fingerprinting and Sex offender registry, you will also need to submit to these additional checks even if you have been hired without completing these.
