13 Deliver your self-introduction with the listener in mind. Don t explain, apologize, or add too much information. Stop talking when you re done. Meet other people. Use his or her name.

14 1. Quit making excuses. 2. Focus on their face and name. 3. Ask them about the spelling or origin of their name. 4. Try to capture their name and face in a mental image. 5. Go around the group and say their names to yourself. 6. Practice remembering names. Remembering Names
