Learning Objectives After attending the Symposium on Clinical (CIO), participants should be able to: Perform catheter-based procedures to treat solid tumors, using the latest techniques and technologies. Assess the most appropriate therapeutic agent in catheter-directed therapy for hepatic malignancies. Demonstrate appropriate decision-making skills and techniques in ablation involving tumors of the kidney, bone, liver, and lung. Determine the most appropriate imaging modalities during assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients. Analyze the evidence behind the various modalities utilized in interventional oncology. Accreditation In support of improving patient care, North American Center for Continuing Medical Education (NACCME) is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
