Ph.D. Level Courses: At the PhD level, I teach courses two Core Courses (PPAD 705: Scope of Public Administration and PPAD 777: Public Policy Formulation and Implementation. I also provided leadership to the Policy Analysis Concentration and the Program Management Concentration in which I teach dual level courses: PPAD 517/782: Seminar in Program Development and Evaluation; PPAD 559/759: Seminar in Policy Analysis and PPAD 770: Administration of Nonprofit Organizations.
