1 Transportation Improvement Program Appendix D Environmental Clearance Projects Appendix D contains a list of projects that are not planned for construction within the fouryear time frame of the, but are referenced in the current Transportation Improvement Program in order to allow engineering, feasibility, or environmental clearance efforts to continue. Please note that most of these projects are preliminary and do not represent any commitment of construction funding, but strictly intended to pursue environmental clearance activities consistent with early project development. Consistency with the Mobility Plan will be reexamined as alternatives are explored in these studies and environmental clearance efforts.
