9 The procedure 1. The social partners in a particular sector submit job profiles 2. The Centres of Expertise develop the qualifications and social and cultural qualifications are added to the job profiles 3. The Minister of Education formally approves this document 4. The schools/colleges develop their curricula, based on the national qualification
