1 Pitt Public Health Exit Survey This survey will ask you questions about your program and the services provided by the Office of Student Affairs, as well as your overall assessment of the Graduate School of Public Health. This information is very important as we strive to improve our students' experience. While the survey is required for graduation, it also provides us with important data. We really want to hear your reflections on each item in the survey. Once we compile the data, we share the results with the dean and the department chairs. It helps us to make Pitt Public Health a better place for our students. This survey is completely anonymous. Upon submission, you will be redirected to a Pitt Public Health Web page where you must fill out the appropriate information to ensure that your graduation requirement has been met. This is not connected in any way to your survey results. Providing the information on this separate site protects the anonymity of your survey responses. However, please note that your responses to open ended items may be identifiable, particularly if the information is stratified by degree and/or department. Thank you for taking the time to thoroughly complete this survey, The Office of Student Affairs This survey is intended for Pitt Public Health graduates from December 2013, April 2014, June 2014, and August Revised November Contact Caitlin McCullough with questions.
