APPLICATION PROCESS STEP 2 SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION Sign in to your application portal to check your status and review any outstanding documents and important deadlines. Proof of graduation is required. HOW TO APPLY umanitoba.ca/applynow STEP 3 RECEIVE AND ACCEPT AN OFFER OF ADMISSION Students who apply to the joint ELC plus university studies option will be assessed for conditional admission to the University of Manitoba. An offer of admission may be made based on interim/predicted grades. All offers of admission are subject to a review of final grades. Offers must be accepted by the deadline indicated in your admission offer. A standardized letter of acceptance, which can be used for your Study Permit application, will be available in your application portal. If you apply by March 1 and carry a minimum 85% average in five senior level academic courses (from an approved list) you will be considered for entrance scholarships ranging from $800 - $2,000.
