2 Post Graduate Management Programme for Women (PGMPW): Meeting an Imperative Need I am a qualified and experienced woman on a break, now aspiring to return to a mainstream corporate career. My challenges are: A management programme especially designed for returning women. Continuity of work experience Statistics show that a large number of Renewing my self-belief and confidence talented women drop out of the workforce at an early to mid-career stage. This exit by women is often voluntary at a particular life stage. 6 Admissions Eligibility Minimum work experience of 5 years (team handling experience will be given preference) Minimum career break of 2 years A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university Admission & Selection process Applications are to be made online. The application processing fee is Rs. 1100/-. It can be paid either by credit card / debit card or through net banking. After close of the application submission date, applicant will be informed through about the schedule of the selection process. The selection process will be held at our campus in Mumbai.
