He is only entitled to take admission after fulfillment of prescribed conditions relating to entrance. In this connection you attend Principal s Office on or before We are enclosing some prescribed formats with this letter and the applicant must fill up these formats with the help of Headmaster of that school from where he has passed 5 th class & reading 6 th class and submit the same (Format must fill up in English). Application must be accompanied the Signature of Guardian & Countersigned by the Headmaster. Further, it is requested that not take transfer certificate from school till the admission is final. This agreement is made at day of Between S/o F/o Residents of Tehsil District Jammu (J&K) (Hereinafter called the Guarantor which expression shall unless excluded by the context or the meaning thereof, deemed to include his heirs, executor s administration and legal representatives etc.) of the one part and the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (hereinafter called the SAMITI) which expression shall unless excluded by the context of the meaning thereof be deemed to include the Principal of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Gharota Jammu the other Part. 2. Whereas Mst admission No. S/o, (hereinafter called the student is so the Guarantor and has the request of the Guarantor been selected for admission to the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Jammu) Interlaid, on the request of the Guarantors on the terms and conditions hereinafter appearing for the purpose of receiving the education. 3. Now it is hereby agreed by between the parties here follows. 4. That in consideration of the student being admitted by the Samiti to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Gharota Jammu (J&K) regularly and will observe and comply with all the rules and regulations, thereof for the prescribed period i.e. up to the standard of XII Class. 5. That if after admission any of the following Viz. production of residential certificate, certificate of age, school leaving certificate and medical certificate supplied by the Guarantor is found to be false in any way or not in order or the Guarantor withdraws his ward form the said Vidyalaya before completion of his studies on grounds other than genuine Medical Grounds due to which the student is not able to pursue his studies in the said Vidyalaya Which shall be certificate by the Chief Medical officer/ Civil surgeon of government Hospital, the Guarantor shall forth with pay to the Samiti the total expenditure incurred the Samiti on the student for the period of the student was at the said Vidyalaya roll. 6. That the Samiti will not liable for any damage, charge on account of the injuries fatal or otherwise which may be sustained by the student at any time during his stay in the Vidyalaya premises, expenditure will have to be born by the parent/ Guardian as provided in the rules of the said Vidyalaya. 7. That the Samiti can in the interest of the Vidyalaya have the student removed if in the Samiti s opinion the student has failed to accept the discipline of the Vidyalaya and his continued presence is detrimental to the interests of the other students and/ or if the student fails to come up the academic standard of his Class and such a case the guarantor shall pay to the Samiti on demand the expenditure incurred by the Samiti on the said student for the period the student stayed at the said Vidyalaya roll.

In the event of any question, dispute, or difference arising under this agreement except as to any matters the decision of which is specially provided for in the agreement, the same shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator of an officer appointed by the Secretary, Minister of Law Govt. of India, New Delhi, it will have no objection that the Arbitrator is a Govt. servant and that he had to deal with the matter to which the contract has been made. 9. In the events of arbitrator is retiring or being unable to act for any reason, it shall be lawful for the secretary to nominate and appoint the new other arbitrator. The arbitrator may from time to time with the consent of the parties enlarging the time for making award. 10. Subject as aforesaid the Arbitration Act 1940 and the rules framed there under any statutory Modification there to shall apply to the Arbitration Proceedings under the clause. 11. As per recommendation of economic review committee the Guarantor/ Guardian/ Parent shall Pay Rs. 200/- which may go upto Rs. 300/- per month to the Vidyalaya from Class IX to XII incase the student family standard is above poverty line. 12.
