Approval of experimental course automatically lapses after two offerings unless permanently approved as a new course. 2. 3 Impact Statement From the Office of Universiw Relations These changes could potentially affect the undergraduate and graduate catalogs-which the Office of University Relations currently manages and produces-as well as other recruitment publications that contain this type of specific academic material. The timing of the final approval for these changes will be a determining factor in our ability to incorporate the new information in a timely fashion in any related materials that are on our production schedule.

The program is proposing the creation of three methods courses: PUAD 830: Survey Research; PUAD 831: Case Study Research; PUAD 832: Use of Existing DatalAdvanced Statistics (see attached proposals). OLD Title: NEW Title: For new courses or changes in existing courses (needed by Registrar) Course # I HEGlS Code: Course #I HEGlS Code: Credits: Credits: Completion of the Final Project (PUAD 899) for many DPA students has been hindered by lack of knowledge of data collection and analysis within a methodological paradigm. Students will be encouraged to determine the methodology that they wish to use in their final project and then sign up for the appropriate course. Students may also transfer in a methods course from another university or develop an independent study if they chose to use a methodology not covered by these courses. However, we estimate that 99% of the students will adopt one of these methodology courses.
