4 INTRODUCING THE PROGRAMME: WHAT IS CCAP? The CRISIL Certified Analyst Programme (CCAP) is an 24-month, intensive work-cum-study programme aimed at developing world-class finance professionals for various analyst roles in CRISIL and industry at large. The programme will be run by CRISIL with IIM Calcutta as the academic partner and delivered by Times Professional Learning (a Division of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd). LIVE VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE LECTURES The virtual lecture-based learning will be facilitated by Times Professional Learning Centres across cities where the programme will be conducted. The faculty of IIM Calcutta will conduct the lectures through live virtual delivery and will interact regularly with students through discussions and routine assignments sharpening their analytical abilities. The programme s unique value of maintaining a positive balance of virtual classroom learning with on-the-job training will continue to shine bright. PROGRAMME DESIGN Selected candidates will be offered full-time employment as associates and will also, be immediately admitted to the programme. They will be posted in different businesses of CRISIL, including Ratings, Research, Global Research and Analytics, Global Analytical Centre, Risk Solutions, and Corporate Finance, and the CRISIL Foundation. They will work through the week and will attend live virtual classes of CCAP on weekends at Times Professional Learning Learning Centres in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune and Chennai. On successful completion of the programme, participants will be awarded PGCFA from IIM Calcutta and will also be conferred IIMC-Executive Education Alumni status. They will also get a revised employment offer with a minimum salary of Rs 6.5 lakh. CCAP's unique format combines work assignments on live projects with classroom learning and interactive workshops, equipping participants with exceptional financial and business skills. The learning and growth path of participants is closely monitored to ensure exposure to opportunities that will facilitate career progression. Academic Assessment: Academically, there will be an ongoing evaluation during the course along with an end-term examination. Evaluation can be in the form of class tests, quizzes, assignments, project work and case studies.

13 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Requirements for admission are as follows: Bachelor s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent cumulative grade point average (CGPA). This should be the aggregate score. Candidates appearing for final-year exams can also apply. Candidates born after Candidates who are in the final year of graduation must produce a certificate from the Principal/Head of the Department/ Registrar/ Director of the University/ Institution certifying that he/she has obtained at least 55% or equivalent grades. Such candidates, if selected, will be allowed to join the programme.
