2 Post Graduate Management Programme for Women (PGMPW): Meeting an Imperative Need I am a qualified and experienced woman on a break, now aspiring to return to a mainstream corporate career. My challenges are: A management programme especially designed for returning women. Continuity of work experience Statistics show that a large number of Renewing my self-belief and confidence talented women drop out of the workforce at an early to mid-career stage. This exit by women is often voluntary at a particular life stage. 3 Prepare for a Unique Experience Differentiators of PGMPW First of its kind, full-time, 11-month postgraduate programme (with a residential option) for returning women Programme preceded by e-learning and onboarding to facilitate the participants' transition into a full-time schedule Admission conversations include counselling The specialisations offered are Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Information Management The pedagogy is a blend of classroom and nonclassroom sessions with focus on learning through real time examples, case studies and simulations Personal Leadership gets facilitated through Personal Growth Labs, Leadership Labs, Science of Spirituality modules and Individual Coaching with ICF certified coaches Each participant will have a mentor from the industry to gain practical insights and connect to relevant networks Two months Internships and Placement assistance upon completion of the programme PGMPW aims to facilitate smooth re-integration of qualified and experienced women who wish to return to their careers after a break. 6 Admissions Eligibility Minimum work experience of 5 years (team handling experience will be given preference) Minimum career break of 2 years A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university Admission & Selection process Applications are to be made online. The application processing fee is Rs. 1100/-. It can be paid either by credit card / debit card or through net banking. After close of the application submission date, applicant will be informed through about the schedule of the selection process. The selection process will be held at our campus in Mumbai.
