3 Core Faculty 1. Dr. Conrad Pesso, S. J. : He is the Executive Chairperson. He holds a Doctorate in Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is also an associate of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 20 years of experience in leading Indian companies and 15 years of teaching experience in areas of Finance and Accountancy. His areas of interest are, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Strategic Cost Management, Securities Analysis and Corporate Governance. 2. Prof. Dr. Vaidyanathan : He is the Director of the Institute. He holds a Double Doctorate with 26 years teaching experience in leading B Schools in India. He also has 12 years of work experience both in India and overseas. He has presented papers in several industry conferences and conducted workshops for leading companies. He is also a visiting faculty in International Business at Great Lakes Chennai and Hero Leadership Program at BML Munjal University, Gurgaon. He was awarded the Best Marketing Professor by Higher Education Forum(HEF) in the year His areas of interest are Strategic Management, Business Policy and International Business. 3. Prof. Ravindra Dey : Head Organisation Behaviour, an MBA from Mumbai University with more than two dicades of industry experience in leading company and 15 years of teaching experience. He is also a visiting faculty with GLIMS, Chennai and SPJIMR, Mumbai. He has published more than 15 research papers in various national and international journals. His areas of interests are, Organisation Behaviour, Organisational Development, Organisational Theory, Leadership and Human Resources Management. 4. Prof. Dr. Kishore Rathi : Prof Rathi holds a Doctorate in Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is also a guest faculty at XLRI, Jamshedpur and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. His areas of interest are Liquidity Risk, Asset Pricing and Quantitative Finance. He teaches Fixed Income Securities, Securities Analysis, Derivatives and Portfolio Management. 2

4 Core Faculty 5. Prof. M V S Kameshwar Rao : He is an M.Com (Taxation), MBA (Marketing), ACMA and CFA with 22 years of experience in Industry as well as Teaching, Corporate Training and Consulting. Presently he is pursuing his PhD from IBS Hyderabad. He is also a guest faculty at XLRI. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of Corporate Finance, International Finance, Forex Risk management and Corporate Valuation on Corporate governance. 6. Prof. Pranil Naik : A Mechanical Engineer and MMS from Mumbai University with 14 years of professional experience across IT, Logistics and Consulting. His areas of interest are Marketing and Social Entrepreneurship. 7. Prof. Jyoti Singh : She is an MBA (Finance & Systems) from Army Institute of Management, Kolkata. She has got 5 years of work experience in various organizations such as XLRI, CMIE and is also a visiting faculty at St Xavier s, Mumbai. She is presently pursuing her Doctorate in the area of Strategy. Her research interest includes Microfinance & Strategy. 3
